Melanie Barker is Co-Owner Summit Real Estate with over 18 years in real estate as a top-producing sales agent. In addition to being a high producing agent, she is currently serving as the President of the California Association of REALTORS® serving over 200,000 members in California. Melanie believes in service to clients, community and career performing at a high level in all areas. She sets the bar high and her entire sales and property management team meet and exceed it on a daily basis.

Jan Ramos is Co-Owner of Summit Real Estate and has over 25 years experience in the profession. She has spent the majority of her career in property management from long term rentals to short term rentals and anything in between. Jan serves as the Company's Property Manager and has the go-to experience for our team and property owners. California's property management laws are complex and Jan has the knowledge and experience to navigate them. She leads with care, compassion and a can-do mindset.

Shelly Adkins, Broker Associate, loves true crime podcasts, German Shepherd dogs and her quiet home life with her husband. Licensed for over 25 years, she provides customer service through detailed oriented analysis while being able to explain the process so that everyone understands.

Ashley is the 2024-2025 Past President of Soroptimist International of the Sierras, Secretary of the board of directors for Mountain Area Youth Organization, Board Member of the Oakhurst Community Center, Mom, & Gram. Ashley approaches both life and work with sincerity, honesty, and compassion.

Amy Moonsong is a nature enthusiast and plant lover. Amy brings a nurturing quality to customer service and the office environment.

Judi Hussain escaped to the Sierra Nevada foothills from Orange County nearly 35 years ago and has never looked back. During her time here, she has worked as program coordinator for Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst (ECCO), as volunteer coordinator for Visit Yosemite|Madera County (VYMC) and as chamber administrator for the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce. Her passions are travel, beadweaving, studying Turkish and Hebrew, watching Turkish dizis and hiking. In addition to her duties at Summit Real Estate, she volunteers for VYMC and serves on the board of Eastern Madera Recreation and Parks. She is also Spanish bilingual.

Cassandra Coleman has a background in custom home building with High-Caliber Custom Homes in Clovis. She is focused on an excellent customer experience and will work with you to purchase your dream property (land) while guiding you through the process to build your dream home with High-Caliber Homes - A total package! Cassie keeps busy with her two teenagers and spends her free time with her family & friends, dogs, and is usually outside in the fresh air.
